A Project Management specialist having 13+ years of professional experience with the distinction of executing consultancy projects for various high profile educational projects of national importance. She was associated with various projects that include the development of concept paper for Institute for Public Enterprise under SCOPE, National Communication University, and Pandit Madan Mohan Malvia National Mission for Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT) of MHRD, DFRs, and DPRs for prestigious projects of MHRD like IITs, IIMs, IIITs, Central Universities, Tribal University and many other institute of national importance like NIPER Madurai and IISER, Tirupati.
She has the expertise of designing and developing concepts for the commissioning of Project Management Units (PMUs) also known as Technical Support Groups (TSGs). In addition, worked as Strand Lead for Education Partnership and Leadership strand of UK-India Education and Research Initiative and also worked as Assistant Professor with Jamia Hamdard Residential Coaching Academy where my work involved guiding students for Government services and teaching ‘Occupational Health’ to MBA students. In the Social Sector, her association has been with diverse voluntarily organisations such as Action for Ability, Development and Inclusion (AADI), ActionAid, Room to Read, AWSAR-INDIA and B-ABLE wherein she designed and developed training modules and worked in community engagement project.
